By booking service, you represent that you own the vehicle or are otherwise authorized to access it. Before we open, cut or program keys for, or rekey any vehicle, we may request identification and registration, and we reserve the right to refuse service if adequate proof of authorization cannot be shown.
3. Quotes and pricing
We provide a price for your specific job before any work starts. Every quote is based on the vehicle details you give us; if conditions prove different once we arrive, we will explain any adjustment and obtain your approval before proceeding.
4. Service availability
We make every effort to reach you promptly, but any arrival window we quote is only an estimate. Traffic, weather, and overall demand all influence how quickly we can get to you, so arrival times are not guaranteed.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to supply accurate information, to be present or arrange access together with proof of authorization, and to ensure the vehicle is legally parked and safe for us to work on. Any delays or issues that stem from inaccurate details fall outside our control.
6. Scope and limitations of our work
We carry out the automotive locksmith work we have agreed to perform. Certain vehicles, keys, or security systems may be beyond what can be completed on-site, and we will tell you clearly when that is the case. We accept no responsibility for pre-existing damage or for faults unrelated to the work we actually perform.
